Spinal Flow

What is the Spinal Flow Techniqure?

A colour coded picture of a spine demonstrating what each section of the spine address.

The Spinal Flow Technique (SFT) is based on the 7 Gateways of the spine and the 33 access points which are located around the Coccyx and Cranium.

Founded by former Chiropractor Dr. Carli Axford, SFT helps remove physical, chemical and emotional blockages that are stored in the body.

SFT identifies and releases these layers enabling the body to heal itself from pain, disease, and illness. When a light contact is made to the spine a healing wave is created. There are 3 types of waves that can be seen by the practitioner during a Spinal Flow session. One type of wave includes the Somatopsychic wave, which travels up the spine. The second type of wave is indicated by increased breath, and the third wave is internal and may be described by the client as a tingling feeling in certain areas of the body.

This encourages the brain to reorganise the spine and nervous system, to increase the flow of essential nutrients throughout the body to promote good physiology and decease stress.

The spinal flow technique:

  • Reprograms the body to allow it to adapt better to life’s stresses

  • Improves wellbeing

  • Increases energy, which then encourages the client to make healthier lifestyle choices

How can spinal flow help me?

With regular treatments, the wave will help the body develop these strategies, which enables the healing of the spine and the nervous system.

It is recommended that a client completes the 12- treatment package, with these sessions occurring daily or weekly initially (depending on the clients needs), then every fortnight or month thereafter.

My sessions cater for any age, here are some examples Spinal Flow may be able to help with:
